Baby Blooms & Diaper and Baby Cakes
All Baby Blooms, Diaper Cakes and Baby Cakes are custom made to order. The product images depicted on our website are meant to be representative only. You may request a specific color scheme, if you wish to do so please contact us either before you order or within 24 hours of placing your order.
Return/Exchange Policy
We have a NO return policy. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, we urge you to contact us immediately by phone (508-735-7912) if there is a problem with your order or if you are unsatisfied in any way. We will do our very best to correct any issues, we want you to love what you order from us!
In cases of items being damaged in transit we will replace the item at no cost to you provided you follow the instructions below:
1. Notify us of the damaged item immediately upon your receipt of the item. Notification should be via telephone to (508) 735-7912;
2. We will issue you a return shipping label either by mail or email (depending on the item to be returned to us).
3. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship a replacement at our expense.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Baby Blooms, Diaper Cakes/Baby Cakes and most Limited Edition Baby cakes are designed and shipped from our studio in Massachusetts. Orders shipped from our Massachusetts studio are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, depending on the item. Shipping within Massachusetts typically takes one day. Shipments outside of Massachusetts take between three and seven days depending on the destination.
All other items are shipped direct from the product designers and shipping times and methods vary. Shipping information can be found in the item description. We work closely with our vendors to ensure accurate ship times however, all shipping times provided are given as estimates only and do not carry any guarantee.
Our website is setup to for shipping within the continental United States. Shipping to AK/HI and International destinations must be quoted and invoiced. Please contact us for more information.

Rush Item Requests
We are able to rush all items that are shipped directly from our Massachusetts studio. We DO NOT charge a rush fee. If upgraded shipping is required to meet your requested delivery date we will invoice you via email for the upgraded shipping charge. The invoice for upgraded shipping charges MUST be paid prior to shipment of your item.
Out of Stock/Discontinued Items
Occasionally items become discontinued or temporarily out of stock without prior notice. If this happens you will receive an email from us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your item is temporarily out of stock we will provide you with an estimated ship date (when available). You will have the option of cancelling your order, changing your order or opting to have the item shipped when it becomes available.
Please be sure your provide an accurate and current email address when placing your order as this is the method we will use to contact you when/if questions arise with your order. Please make sure the email address you provide us with is one you check frequently.
Personalization
Some of our products allow for personalization. Your item will be personalized exactly as you enter it during checkout. Personalization cannot be changed once your order has been submitted, be sure to double check all spelling.
Our personalized gifts are created and shipped directly from the individual designers. Occasionally a designer will discontinue or change personalization options for an item (ie. Changing the maximum numbers of characters allowed). Please understand this is out of our control. If there is a problem with your personalization request we will contact you via email within 48 hours of when you place your order. You will be given the details of the change in personalization options and the opportunity to change your personalization request or cancel your order.
Custom Orders
We welcome all inquiries regarding custom orders. If you have something specific in mind let us know via email or telephone and we will discuss possible ideas. Custom orders are priced according to the final design. We will email you an invoice for the custom piece which you must pay prior to shipment of your item.
Gift Cards
We have the ability to include a personalized gift card with all orders shipped from our Massachusetts location. You may request a gift card with all Baby Blooms, Diaper Cakes and most Limited Edition Baby Gifts. There is no charge for the gift card. If a gift card is available with your item there is a space on the item page for you to enter your message. All messages are written exactly as you enter it.
