You've never seen a Diaper Cake like this one!
FIFTY Pampers size one diapers make up the first layer. All of the diapers are usable once the cake has been disassembled. The second layer is made using our Sweet As A Cupcake Gift Set, which includes four 'cupcakes' made our of adorable onesies (you get to choose the onesie size) embellished with paper flowers. The third layer is a cute-as-a-button "Worlds 'Gratest' Mom" cheese grater. The entire cake is embellished with gorgeous layers of ribbon and paper or silk floral. Beautifully presented on a doily covered cake circle and wrapped in a clear cellophane bag tied with a ribbon.
