What is a Baby Bloom? TOP
A Maddisin and Mason Baby Bloom is an amazing gift created using quality baby clothes and other necessities, uniquely presented as a fabulous floral arrangement!

What baby items can I expect to find in my Baby Bloom? TOP

Each Baby Bloom is created a little differently.  Our goal is always to provide you the most amazing looking gift as possible, this means that we choose the items we put in your Baby Bloom based on what will look best.  We always put six onesies in a Medium Baby Bloom and three onesies in a Small Baby Bloom.   The rest of the items will vary but will include bibs, washcloths, socks and, in the Small Baby Bloom only we also include a burpcloth.

What brands of baby clothes do you use? TOP
In our Baby Blooms we use a variety of different brands including Gerber, MiniWear, Carters and Hudson Baby depending on what we have in stock, in the size you request, at the time of your order.

Can I request that you create my gift using a specific color palate? TOP
Absolutely!  We are happy to accomodate specific color requests.  Some of the non-typical baby colors (ie. red or brown) may take extra time for us to create for you.  Please contact us with any questions regarding custom color requests prior to ordering.

How come some of the Baby Blooms show a butterfly or bird and some do not? TOP
We recently started adding little "extra" touches to our Baby Blooms to make them even more unique and fabulous!  Our current add-ons include butterflies, curley-tailed birds or hummingbirds.  We choose which to include based on what will compliment your gift the best.

Will you ship my gift directly to the mommy-to-be? TOP
Of course!  We will even include a gorgeous card with your own message handwritten inside! 

I am planning on using your Baby Blooms as centerpieces for a baby shower, can you make them matching? TOP

Yes, we can match the ribbon and accents.  The onesies, bibs, etc., will be coordinating in color but will not match exactly (otherwise mommy would be getting multiples of the same items over and over which is silly!).  If you really wanted everything to match exactly we are willing to do this, just contact us to let us know.
 
When we are making centerpieces and/or other decor pieces for a shower or event we will always make sure they are coordinating and look great together.
 
We encourage you to contact us to discuss the theme and color palate for the shower.

Do you ship internationally? TOP

The short answer is No.  At the present time we only ship within the United States (Hawaii and Alaska will require an additional charge on top of our typical shipping fees).  We have once or twice arranged for international shipping of our gifts after being successfully begged into it :c)  If you would like to send your gift internationally please contact us to discuss.  We may be able to accommodate your request.  Please note, international shipments will pay the actual shipping costs.

How much do you charge for Shipping? TOP
We assign shipping for each individual item based on its weight and destination. 

I would like to pick up my gift, is that possible? TOP
Yes!  You may pick up your order at Mel's Restaurant in Wayland, MA.  Pickup will be arranged via email after you order.  We must have at least two days notice of the date you wish to pick up your gift.  There is no additional charge for pickup.  During checkout enter the code PICKUP is the discount code box and your shipping charge will be changed to $0.00.

I am going to pick up my order, why am I being charged a shipping fee? TOP

If you are planning to pick up your order please enter the discount code PICKUP during checkout and the shipping charge will be automatically changed to $0.00.
 
 

I am ordering a bunch of Baby Blooms for a baby shower, will you combine shipping? TOP
Yes, we will combine shipping on orders including three or more Baby Blooms.  Please contact us prior to ordering with any questions.

Will you make a custom piece? TOP
Yes, we are happy to work with you to create your custom work.  All custom pieces are quoted on an individual basis.  Please contact us for information.

What sizes are the outfits used in the Toddler Baskets? TOP
It varies.  Each Toddler Basket is listed in our catalog with the sizes we have available.  If you would like one of our Toddler Baskets in a size not listed on our site contact us and we will see if we are able to get the necessary outfits in your requested size.

How long does it take for you to ship out my order? TOP

It can take up to five business days for us to ship out your order since most of our gifts are not created until you order it.  We work hard to create and ship out your order as soon as possible and actually average a three day turn around. 
 
We are happy to accommodate most rush pick up orders.  Orders being picked up can be ready as soon as next day (in most circumstances; onesie size/outfit size choices will be limited to stock immediatly on hand).  There is no additional charge for this rush service, however, we do ask that you contact us by phone at (508) 735-7912 before ordering.

Do you sell wholesale? TOP
Yes! We wholesale all of our handcrafted gifts.  You must be an established business with a valid tax id and state resale certificate.  Complete the application on the wholesale page and, once approved, we will assign you a user name and password to our wholesale area.
